
Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in general commercial litigation and health profession regulation. She is also skilled in construction disputes, administrative law, health and aged care matters.
With a Bachelor of Arts/Law from Monash University and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, Jennifer has worked in private practice and in-house, where she has provided advice regarding statutory interpretation, corporate and commercial law, building and construction disputes and other litigious matters.
Jennifer has a warm, straightforward style and supports her clients with responsive, practical advice that is both comprehensive and realistic. A skilled litigator, she has acted for clients in large-scale litigation at all levels and her training as a mediator gives her the ability to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
Jennifer is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal and High Courts of Australia.

Gennaro has extensive experience in WorkCover and personal injury litigation, having represented WorkSafe Victoria, its authorised insurers and employers for more than a decade. He has defended all aspects of WorkCover and personal injury claims in Melbourne and regional Victoria, regularly appearing in the Supreme, County and Magistrates’ Courts.
After working as an in-house lawyer at WorkSafe Victoria, Gennaro joined Minter Ellison in 2008 and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2010. Having worked for both plaintiffs and defendants, he has developed a unique insight into how insurers operate and manage these claims. This sound understanding is of great benefit to our clients.
Gennaro holds a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice Administration) from RMIT.
Gennaro’s technical skills and his caring and supportive approach allow him to build close relationships with his clients. He prides himself on providing accurate and strategic advice that supports them to make informed decisions throughout the litigation process.

Sophie has significant property law experience from her time working in Paris, Auckland and Adelaide, and now Melbourne.
Sophie has worked as an in-house property lawyer in Paris in banks and a multinational car parts manufacturer, and worked in Auckland for CBRE as a Senior Property Analyst.
Sophie is studying at the University of New England to upgrade her legal qualifications to be recognised in Australia.
