Principal of Holdstock Fittipaldi Law, Gennaro Fittipaldi, has been appointed by the Governor-in-Council to a role on the board of the Metropolitan Fire Brigade in Victoria.

Mr Fittipaldi is a personal injury and WorkCover litigation expert, having started his career at WorkSafe as an investigator. He has over 12 years’ experience in the WorkCover jurisdiction, acting for both plaintiffs and defendants.

“I’m thrilled with the opportunity to contribute in this way”, Mr Fittipaldi said, “I think giving back to the community is an important part of being a lawyer and in my role on the Board with the MFB, I hope to bring my calm, practical and reasoned approach to all the issues that affect the MFB and its people. I’m really excited about the appointment”.
